Studio integrations are supported by the team directly -- the people who built the pipeline answer the questions about it.

02.Reporting an issue

A report the team can act on in one pass carries four things:

  • The dub_id or session_id.
  • The target language the issue appears in.
  • Timestamps in the output where it's audible or visible.
  • For API errors: the Familiar-Request-Id response header -- Errors & limits.

Post it in the Discord server's #support channel or email it. The team reproduces the issue against the same job and replies with the finding: a fix, a re-render, or what to change in the request.

03.More resources

  • The API introduction -- the quickstart and the full endpoint reference.
  • The FAQ -- product questions: languages, quality, music, the review step.
  • The benchmarks -- the published studies behind the quality claims.

04.Access

The API is enterprise-only: private access under a Studio contract, with volume pricing, raised limits, and a named point of contact for the integration. Book a call and your key is issued with the contract.
